Children's Director Position
We’re seeking to fill the position for Director of Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Director is expected to lead and grow a ministry that’s committed to coming alongside kids & families at Harvest Naperville by building a scalable and effective ministry structure that creates, improves, and implements strategies to increase participation within Harvest Naperville as well as reach out to families in the surrounding Naperville community and beyond. The Director's primary objective is to see children and families know, grow, and show Jesus to others. Candidates are expected to have a college degree, 3-5 years volunteer or paid ministry experience and an excitement and desire to impact kids for Jesus.
Business Administrator
We're looking for a person to provide overall direction to the facility, financial and business affairs of the church as well as provide leadership and supervision to staff involved in this ministry. Experience in business finances, accounting and human resource management are necessary.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a friendly face to be the first voice of Harvest. This full-time position includes answering & transferring office calls and assisting staff in various administrative tasks & responsibilities.
