Connect Team Leader: Recruit and support Connect Team members. Distribute and assign team members first time visitors to contact and help connect to life at Harvest.

Connect Team Member: Engage with first time visitors via phone calls to provide information on the next steps to connecting at Harvest.

Small Group Leader: Shepherd and lead a “stage of life” small group at Harvest. Come alongside small group members to encourage and motivate them as they walk with Jesus. Small groups meet weekly, at various times and locations. Harvest small group experience is necessary and recommendations from a coach or current small group leader are helpful. Membership is required.

Small Group Apprentice Leader: Learn to lead a small group by working alongside your current small group leader. A small group apprentice leader is ultimately to lead a support group of their own. Membership is required and small group leader recommendation is helpful.

Small Group Prayer Leader: Collect prayer requests from small group and distribute to the group throughout the week.

Small Group Service Project Leader: Schedule and plan service opportunities for your small group. Each group is expected to do at least 1 service project per quarter.

Small Group Care Leader: Organize meals, babysitting, hospital visits and more for small group members in need.

Small Group Host Home: Host a small group weekly and organize snacks and other hospitality for small group.

Small Group Social Leader: Plan social events and activities for your small group.

Small Group Administrative Leader: Record small group attendance and assist the small group leader with administrative tasks such as follow-up, small group reporting, and more.

Study Group Coaching Assistant: Assist the study group coach as needed and directed. Recruit discussion group leaders and other teams to provide support to the study group. Membership is required.

Study Group Discussion Group Leader: Facilitate study group discussion during break out times.

Study Group Set-up: Organize and set-up the room for study group before meeting.

Study Group Clean-up: Clean-up and organize study group supplies after meeting.

Support Group Leader: Shepherd and lead a support group at Harvest. Come alongside support group members to encourage and motivate them as they walk with Jesus. Support groups meet on Tuesday evenings. Harvest support group experience is necessary and recommendations from a coach or current small group leader are helpful. Membership is required.

Support Group Assistant Leader: Learn to lead a support group by assisting your current support group leader. A support group apprentice leader is ultimately to lead a support group of their own. Membership is required and small group leader recommendation is helpful.

Support Group Hospitality: Greet others and help set-up for Tuesday evenings.
