ROCK Games Team Member: Be a part of the games and energy that helps get students involved in our weekly games.  Help prepare, and lead creative weekly games for the large group.  There is usually logistics/set up that needs to be done and that is where you come in.

ROCK Games Team Leader: All you need to know to run dodge ball are the five D's: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge! But dodge ball isn’t for everyone, which is where you come in.  Plan, prepare, and lead the weekly games for the large group.  We need you to do this every time the Rock meets!

Set Up/Clean Up Team Member: There is a weekly need of getting our space ready for small groups and worship.  Also at the end of the evening we clean everything up and make sure that everything is the way it was when we arrived.

Set up/Clean up Leader: Do you have a sense of responsibility and an appreciation for good stewardship?  Then this role is for you.  We have been entrusted with all of the best facilities the church has to offer.  Your role would be to oversee the set up/clean up team and make sure the area is left better then we found it.

Café/Hospitality Team Member: Do you have dreams of being a barista?  If so we can make your dreams come true.  Every week before the Rock, the café is open and serves drinks and snacks.  Help out and provide a wonderful service that everyone loves.

Café Leader: Schedule teams and be responsible for all the logistics of the café.  Your job is to make sure that everything is ready to go for when the café opens up on Sunday nights.

Connect Team Member: Are you outgoing?  Do you love to reach out to others?  We get new visitors every week to the Rock and they need to feel included and loved.  Help new students feel connect and cared for by reaching out to them and connecting them to others in the ROCK.

Event Team Member: We consistently have large events where the whole group gets together.  There is always a need to help plan and supervise these events.  If you like bowling, lock ins, football tournaments, or bonfires then this team is for you.  You are responsible for hanging out.  That sounds easy enough doesn’t it.

Event Coordinator: Help plan and co-ordinate our regular large group events such as our New Year’s Eve lock in, Turkey Bowl etc.  You would plan the events that would take place, co-ordinate all the logistics needed for the evening buses, food, activities etc.  You would also help in the promotion of each event.

Apprentice Small Group Leader: Learn to lead a small group by working alongside a ROCK small group leader.  An apprentice small group leader is ultimately to lead a ROCK small group of their own.

Small Group Leader: Quite possibly the most vital role in all of student ministry is the small group leader.  It is an opportunity for adults to come along side of  students and disciple them by teaching, answering questions and training the students in righteousness so that our students are equipped to minister to others. If you like to laugh, share stories, and see God move in the lives of students, this is for you!

Announcements/MC: You can take your unusual gift of getting people to laugh and use it for building the Kingdom by leading high energy group games and sharing relevant announcements. You set the tone for the evening, and also share what the most important events are that are coming up.  You’re the first thing to happen on our Sunday nights, so, yes… you’re important!

Creative Team Leader: You are the creative guru.  You can see things before others.  We need your creative mind to help cultivate an atmosphere on Sunday nights, whether it's taking pictures or creating fun promotional videos. Lead out with what God has gifted you in.

ROCK Retreat/Camp Director

Be a part of planning and leading our two big retreats each year; Winterfest and Highpoint.  This includes the scheduling, planning of activities that will occur during the retreat and helping with logistics that are needed.

ROCK Small Group Coach: You are the wisdom and counsel for small group leaders who need help.  When issues come up in small groups that the small group leader doesn’t know quite what to do, they come to you.  You would have experience as a small group leader already and show wisdom and spiritual maturity.

ROCK Sunday Program Leader: Your responsibility would entail everything that happens during our 6:30-8:30 program.  Making sure that everything is scheduled and planned out.  Brainstorming ideas for how we can change things and make them better or implement other creative ideas into our Sunday night program.  You would work closely with the worship leader, production team, announcements, and games leader to make sure the evening is excellent and God glorifying.

ROCK Connect Team Leader: This position would oversee everything that occurs before and after the Sunday program.  All greeting teams, set up and clean up, café/hospitality, connect teams etc.  Ultimately, cultivating a culture of love and acceptance no matter who you are.  Your heart is for making sure that everyone is cared for and feels like they belong.
