4th to 5th Grade: Rock Solid
We want kids to have a growing relationship with Jesus, and Rock Solid is about cementing the truths kids have already started to learn.
4th and 5th graders meet on Sunday during the 9 & 11 a.m. services on the 3rd floor and follow a similar outline as Student Ministries and meet for a large group teaching time, worship, and small groups.
Rock Solid has 4 important components:
1. Building kids by the Book: Psalm 119:9-11, 2 Timothy 4:2
2. Praising and honoring Jesus through worship: Psalm 7:17, John 4:24
3. Believing in the power of prayer: Colossians 4:2
4. Sharing the Good News of Jesus with others: Matthew 28:19-20
Various social events are planned throughout the year to help 4th & 5th graders connect with each other and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
